Dallas Valley Ranch Camp

Every June, The Compass Church gathers at Dallas Valley Ranch Camp for Camp Day. We begin the morning by gathering at 9:30AM outside to worship and hear people’s stories before gathering around the pool to celebrate people getting baptized and taking that important step of obedience to Jesus.

After lunch together, we’ll spend the afternoon doing various activities and then conclude the day with supper before everyone heads back home.

We would love for you to join us—even if you can only come for the worship gathering at 9:30AM. Better yet, stay for the day, visit, eat together and try out some activities you may have never tried before! Camp Day is a highlight in our church calendar and I would hate for you to miss it. 8:30AM

Volunteers Arrive to Setup

Setup platform for the gathering.
We’ll have someone at the turn off to the camp and someone at the camp entrance to direct vehicles.

9:30AM

Church Gathering & Baptisms

We are going to gather outside at the podium platform out front for a church gathering with worship beginning at 9:30AM.
Following this, we are going to do our baptisms in the pool. (No one is going into the pool except those getting baptized and its only in the shallow end.)

11:30AM

Lunch: Tacos

The cost is $10/person (or $6/child under the age of 7).

1:00-5:00PM

Activities

After lunch, we are going to spend the afternoon doing different activities:

* with a lifeguard for people to use the zip line and swim to cool off.
